I put some railroad ties in my parking lot. Then I drilled holes in the railroad ties and hammered the rebar to hold the ties in place. The project was easy and a lot cheaper than hiring a handyman. This tool can also be useful for people who don't want to use a regular long-handled sledgehammer. I've since found other uses for it.
