they work fine. Tool Trays
compared to the vacuum "cups" that came from a kit obtained from a snap-on person long ago, they work well. The Tool chest closes when screwdrivers are moved out of position (consider sticking some magnets to the tray to 'attract and hold' the shafts. Check the length of your screwdrivers before purchasing. Some my smaller long screwdriver sticks out/over the dividers (easy to attach with a rotary sander, plastic cuts clean). would buy again
