Review on TCP Global Conditioning Recondition Microfiber by Terrell Ciula

As a newbie to auto refinishing I order this after watching a video online but have never been able to get it working - no instructions other than someone observing on the internet - the point is helping to "float" the accumulated material - some do this while the pad is spinning, others use it in their hands during the soaping and cleaning process - someone should post an online tutorial too the different ways of using this tool - to help us newbies
