I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.
I have DC19 Allergy (taken as 20220). During the use of about 3-4 months, there is only one drawback: the transparent flask does not fit tightly to the cyclone in the suction area. Although the dust does not fly out of there (probably because of suction). Just check before buying! On the cyclone itself, dust (very very fine like flour) accumulates decently, but the flushing will be completely eliminated (although the instructions do not recommend doing this) Apparently because of the danger of moisture getting into the engine. Dry thoroughly and no problem.
- Powerful, thoroughly removes dust. I don't have carpets, so I only use laminate and tiles, and also a small rug in the bathroom. My wife says that after I vacuumed the water almost does not get dirty (she is responsible for wet cleaning ;))
- The HEPA filter and another filter must be washed and sometimes (about once every 2 years) changed. There is a problem with buying them, especially in the regions. But I think that when I have the time I will find them. After using for 3 months (frequency 1-2 times a week), the HEPA filters and another one were not visually contaminated (apparently the cyclone still works).
