I've been looking for a heated massage gun that suits me. I've tried others that were too big and difficult to handle during use, and ones that required the heated head to be charged separately, which didn't seem like a good idea to me. I bought the Rolaz not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised when I received it. It's a lot smaller than I expected and very easy to drive. The hot/cold function is great! I don't know how much I'll be using the cold, but the hot portion is a must. The 118 degree Fahrenheit rating seems perfect to me and the high temperatures are too hot to apply directly to the skin, but there are 3 temperature settings to choose from. It's not the strongest, but it's just what I need. I use it for inner thigh cramps that are very difficult to stretch and massage. The only thing that keeps me from cramping is a heating pad wrapped around my leg, but it takes a few minutes to warm up enough to be effective. Enter Rolaz; that works great! I can massage spasms with almost instantaneous heat. I'm very happy with this purchase and while I'm not looking forward to my next cramp I know I can handle it much better now.
