Review on Cams 4604 16 Energy Diameter Polylock by Jeff Henkhaus

I would normally rate Comp Cams products 5 stars as their products are usually of good quality. I installed comp polyblocks and found one of them to be buggy. The hex screw was almost frozen in the polylock and I couldn't move it even after inserting the vise! I sent two emails to Comp to report the issue but never received a response. Their customer service sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. If they responded and offered to send me a plastic lock to replace the faulty one, I would give them 5 stars because sometimes that happens. So now I have 15 polymer locks and a stock flip nut on my Chevy 350 engine. I didn't want to send the whole set back to Revain for just one broken poly lock after installing almost all of the others! UPDATE: I finally got a polylock to replace the broken one. They apologized for the bad customer service they gave me and also sent me one of their retro hats. This is a great company, but there are occasional issues with customer service.
