Review on Pigeonly by Kelly Noonan

Easy-to use! It is easy for non inmates like myself who don't have technical skills to figure out how it works & what they need/want (inmate). The cost isn't bad either but I think their fee structure should be adjusted slightly so that there are no surprises when customers sign up using them as an account manager - i'd say maybe double? Like $50 dollars at most per prisoner which would work well because of limited budgets. This product has proven successful by keeping our business running smoothly as only one person can manage all accounts now instead of multiple staff members being responsible. And the support we receive from Pigeonsource keeps everything very organized for us. We've never had too many problems managing clients via this system once training was available. For those looking into something similar for themselves I highly recommend talking directly w PigeonSource about getting help setup when the trial option I like how easy it is for inmates to use and access their mail. I dont like how they sometimes take forever to send the mail out. Sometimes its hard to get a hold of them when there are so many messages coming in. But overall i have not had any problems using this service. Try it out and see if you can work with it! It has been helpful to me as an inmate to be able to easily communicate with my family.
