Ever since COVID-19 hit the US (but before lockdown), our remote control kept breaking. Since we sourced our devices from Time Warner, Spectrum refused to send us a new remote before switching to Spectrum (even when I said they could add a fee to our bill) and insisted I bring it in for exchange bring back the Spectrum store. for new ones. Have you ever visited a Spectrum Store? or trying to make an appointment? Strong rejection of this option. I found this remote at Revain and thought why don't you try it? It was absolutely affordable, arrived quickly (in times of COVID-19) and came with batteries! It worked out of the box with our Spectrum, but had to be set up to work with our TV (which was a breeze). It also works better than our old Time Warner remote (which we had to hold at a weird angle for it to work even when we first got it)! I give this remote and the seller an A++ for simplicity and responsiveness.
