Update: One of the fans is making a terrible scratching noise. You get what you pay for. I won't even contact support, just buy a better set of fans. At first I was skeptical about buying them. Some reviews stated that not all fans would spin or not work at all. I must be lucky because these fans are incredible. They're a bit noisy, but the anti-vibration pads help a lot and you won't be able to hear them when using a headset. The airflow is unbeatable for the price. Didn't lower temperatures much compared to my old Arctic P12 fans, but these look a lot better. In any case, don't be fooled by the picture of the remote control. The fan speed is not adjustable and runs at full speed 24/7. I don't know why there are buttons on the remote for that. The only criticism is the supplied screws. They are very easy to remove and very difficult to screw on. But I did it.
