I was pleasantly surprised by these DLP-Link Active Shutter 3D Glasses! For the price you can't go wrong and they are very light and comfortable. I used them to watch three movies on a single charge, one of which was three hours long; and I actually forgot I had them on. No red spots on nose or behind ears. The nose is slightly wider to accommodate the battery and gears; but that's no problem at all. This is even an advantage for normal glasses wearers, since the 3D glasses can be worn very comfortably in front of the normal glasses. They are charged very quickly using a mini-USB cable, and the charge should last for 12 hours. Charging cables are included. My projector is an Optoma HD27 and yes they are really compatible.
