The platform is easy to use even when you are new at it as there are lots of guidance tools provided (videos) so that any questions can be easily answered by using these tools or contacting them directly.It's not user friendly if used without support to do some basic things yourself but with proper training this will get better over time. This system has made my job easier because all correspondence goes through one inbox meaning no extra work for me which makes life simpler than ever before! It really helps saving time by sorting out simple queries from users themselves rather then responding manually each mail individually. I like that it is very easy to use and understand. It is extremely user friendly and has many features which can be used by anyone who knows how to use a computer. The layout of the website could be improved as there are a lot of areas where it looks cluttered and confusing. I have not found anything I dislike about this product yet but I am sure there will be once I learn more about it. The main benefits of using this software are that it saves time and allows me to do my job effectively.
