Cheap plastic strips on screw head
I should have read other 1 star reviews. I have never removed the stem that is screwed into the mop head, but after a few months the rod no longer screws into the mop head. In fact, you can't even screw it back in (it just slides out). I would contact the seller but there is no obvious way to do so.
