Shipping as described. The product looked like factory. was very happy with the installation. One of the bottom tabs of the marker was broken during installation, wanted to try gluing it together but the broken part was missing so I assume this product was returned and sent back. I'm trying to exchange a Wii and I'm hoping to receive the product with no broken parts. also had a small problem with installing lightbulbs in the mounting holes. Wiggle them around, being careful not to break the bulb while trying to put it back. I wanted to transfer the original parts to new ones, but they were different. Could have been a great product if more attention had been paid to the bulb mounting hardware and clips. and clips that snap into the grill area.
