These are perfect for ramen, the end hooks over the bowl so it won’t slide into your ramen soup abyss. Also for hotpot, and congee, soups, anything that you need a nice generous spoon for.They are heavy, clean blemish free, easy to clean and stack well in the drawer. They may be just a tad too big.but better than too small. I spent a lot of time looking for a white porcelain spoon with a bowl rest.which is difficult since most are melamine or black. So a bit generous in size is not even something to cry over.Overall, very happy with these and will probably purchase more.
