for the guy who thinks it's not a real star square because it will rust after being exposed to water. You obviously don't know that cast iron rusts just like steel. This is for those who rely on their tools to get the job done. I just bought this square because Swanson and all the other $15 squares don't work as a starlet. The reason other squares don't rust is because they're made of aluminum. therefore they are not exactly square. Cast iron sprocket head. The blade will not rust as it is made of stainless steel. If you want a true 90 degree square this is it. Rust only remains from non-use. this is my fourth star in 18 years. If you're tired of the not-so-square warehouse and Lowes' signature squares, this is your square. It is less likely to break when dropped.
