Update: I've received 5 separate emails asking me to increase the "refund amount" for changing or deleting my review, which I think is unethical. There was no offer to fix or replace my broken processor, just an attempt to remove an unfavorable review, leading me to believe this has happened before. that the blade was ripping pieces of plastic out of the mixing bowl. When I tried to turn off the device, neither the power button nor the stop button responded immediately, so I had to unplug it to turn it off. I now have a damaged mixing bowl and plastic shavings in my food and I'm sure it could happen again if it did once. I've only had the car for two months, but it's now out of the return period. I do not recommend this product at all.
