If you need small interdental brushes, these are the smallest I could find. I have very small ridges in my teeth (all are less than 2.5mm and many are 1mm) and I found that most American made interdental brushes - even the smallest ones - were still too big and I felt damaging my gums when using them because they were incredibly tight and difficult to get between my teeth. They fit very well, are very small (0.4mm) and clean my teeth very well. I use them about once a day, usually after my biggest meal of the day, as they really help keep lone bits of food from hiding. I've tried the smallest versions of Gum and Dentek ("chewy", "super dense") and they are still much larger than these.
