Great idea, defective product

My daughter (11 years old, 5'2") says the string is too short. Unlike the product photo, she cannot bounce the ball up let, suitable for underhand serves but not very helpful as the string is too short so the ball comes back very suddenly.The strap that wraps around the beam is also very very small, she can barely get it to turn to rotate their volleyball..I don't recommend it It's better to put a volleyball in a plastic bag, tie a string to it, and then attach it to your waist.
