After using the WFH for several months and setting up a makeshift desk with a bookshelf, I noticed that my knees got tired after standing for a long time. I have a similar comfy rug in my kitchen under my sink and I find I don't get as tired washing dishes using this comfy rug. This rug fits perfectly in the space between my bookshelf and the rug, and its width is just right for my posture. I also love the bright and colorful pattern on this rug. However I have found that this rug sags too much when I stand on it and doesn't hold up compared to the one I have in my kitchen which is thicker and stronger so I have to say this rug is just decent and The quality is not as high as I had hoped.
