I made the decision to try Sooreally and bought a ceiling fan for my living area. Boy, was that a bad decision! The fan came with the appearance of having been through a tornado because the base was scratched beyond repair and the blades were bent in odd directions. The merriment, however, didn't stop there. Customer support was about as helpful as a submarine's screen door when I spoke with them. Just to get an answer, it took me several emails and phone calls, and when I did, they informed me that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Of course, being the informed consumer that I am, I had already perused their return policy. However, it seems that they have a covert policy that only they are aware of whereby they can charge you more for no apparent cause. I ended up paying for both the initial buy and the return shipping out of my own pocket, and I still don't have a working ceiling fan. I appreciate you making my home improvement endeavor a genuine nightmare, Sooreally.
