We have tried several thermometers and found this one to be very accurate. Pros: * Large digital display, easy to read * Easy to calibrate * Works great, used for Christmas turkey and roast chicken and pork Con: * Magnet on the back is a nice feature but unfortunately not strong enough to stick to the fridge So keep it safe we put it in a drawer. The photo shows a banana as a scale.
