My wife and I love these glasses. We handle it very carefully, usually clean it in the dishwasher and are very happy with it overall. That is, until last week when one of mine accidentally broke in the dishwasher. We don't stack them on top of each other, we don't pour anything in them but liquids, and the inner bottom is broken. As they are dishwasher safe we reached out to Bodum for help. They said no, this type of issue is not covered, even though the glasses are clearly labeled as dishwasher safe. I then showed them photos showing that there were no hit injuries or anything to indicate the glasses had been mishandled in any way. , and has only been washed periodically in the dishwasher on normal settings. André from Bodum didn't even bother to reply to my letter. If you do that you are on your own and Bodum will ignore you.
