SHINE, SHINE, SHINE! NICE!
To be honest I don't see how this product can disappoint anyone. I used to buy glitter nail powder and it usually takes 2 dips for the glitter to cover the entire surface of the nail. It also causes the surface of the nail to become uneven. I only used one coat for full coverage and my nails sparkle like diamonds! I have men and women who ask me what I have on my nails because they see from afar they sparkle. It's worth its $20!
