Arrived broken but great customer service!
These glasses are very large for a martini glass and very fragile. Like other reviewers, I received broken glass, but customer service shipped a new order overnight and I didn't have to return the broken set. If this item had been better packaged this probably wouldn't have happened. My friend received a package containing a pair of slippers the same day, and the box contained significantly more packaging than fragile martini glasses. Otherwise nice glasses!
