Garbage. All bad reviews are true.
1 of 2 received had a broken power switch. The other block just doesn't work. Listen to a great design from the guide: How to check if the solar panel is on? Leave the block in the sun for an hour, then cover the entire solar panel. The lights are on, the button is ON." The solar panel will only charge when the button is on. So try it, wait an hour and then try again. Only to find out at the end that they don't do it doesn't work at all, even if it did it would be silly.
