Okay first let me say that I am a professional chef, I just bought an apartment and wanted to start fresh after my divorce. I am very picky when it comes to knives, dishes, cutlery and crockery. I bought them for myself and not for professional use in my restaurant. I cook a lot at home and need cookware that will last and stand up to home cooking because the way I cook at a restaurant is the same as at home. . what did i mean They need to be scrubbed thoroughly, which means it's not an easy cleaning process, it's a harsh scrub, or you have to let them soak. I hate leaving pots to soak. The food seems to stick to the pan no matter how much butter or ghee I use. And they will stain the floor no matter how much flame you use. Great: However, if you get through the cleaning step, you'll end up with amazing pots and pans that heat evenly and cook food to perfection. I can safely say that those who have left negative reviews really have no idea what the differences are between pots and pans, their quality, the material they are made of and how to handle them. While these pots require a lot of attention, you'll be amazed at how well they cook food without you even having to cook on high heat. They heat up very quickly and, as I said, evenly. They're well made, they have their issues, and maybe because I'm a chef, I love them since they're restaurant quality pots and pans. Not sure if they're for the average home cook or if you're assuming a $30 target set they need a lot of attention to keep them in good shape. Are they worth buying? Yes! Are they for everyone? No! If you cook in a restaurant you will live them, if you have a dishwasher at home and have never washed a pot in your life you will hate them. Much luck
