After one use of this bag there were spots on the parts that looked like rust or mold

We have had our Keurig for almost two years now and have had no problems with the filter. After using this pack once, there were spots on the parts that looked like rust or mold. After a long time of washing, soaking and washing, stains will remain on these items and inside the tank.
