Like the software, it can create a patient database for you and you can add images to it. The camera takes decent pictures - not the best, but ok for the price. I would not use the cases that come with them, they are useless because the light is reflected and the image is not captured. Buy the intraoral camera covers they sell at Revain and they will fit (disposable protective covers). The reason I bought this IO camera is that I need a standalone system as I do mobile oral hygiene and don't use dental software.
