It's easy to use, very intuitive for beginners as well! The interface can be customized depending if you want more advanced features or not. I have used it with my clients from different countries using their own language in order to provide them an online platform where they could manage all of our accounts together (mainly invoices). Also we were able to share information quickly between us because everything was centralized at one place via this software. The ease of use, flexibility to customize it as per my need with out much headache! It's an amazing product for any small business or startup looking at CRM tools in India market space!! Highly recommended if you are planning to do your first ever customer management software tooling using Dynamics 365 (Any version). I am currently working from home so have used this during office hours too sometimes which leads me into trouble but that can be easily solved by adding more extensions like chat room etc.,.
