Best Customer Relationship Management Software Product !

It's easy to use, very intuitive for beginners as well! The interface can be customized depending if you want more advanced features or not. I have used it with my clients from different countries using their own language in order to provide them an online platform where they could manage all of our accounts together (mainly invoices). Also we were able to share information quickly between us because everything was centralized at one place via this software. The ease of use, flexibility to…

  • User friendly even newbie users will feel confortable about navigating through various modules.
  • No major bugs / issues encountered while implementing & installingVico inito across client base
Cons
  • Nothing really comes close when compared against vidoesoft dynamics365
  • Not sure how long Microsoft is going
