I am so glad I found these kitchen napkins. They are similar to the ones my grandmother used. Yes, they cleaned, but they were great at washing dishes. As a result, after they shrink in the wash, they get the perfect size. Someone complained that they are not suitable for drying dishes. Well I wouldn't consider them for drying dishes. I use white cotton handkerchiefs to dry dishes. This is what you want to use in your dishwashing pan. They have enough texture to properly clean dishes and are just the right size to clean the inside of glasses. I like to use a new one every time I do my dishes so I don't have to worry about germs. So I ordered several sets. I don't even try to fold them. I just keep them in a big empty pot that I don't use often. The colors are bright and cheerful. They make the kitchen look like your happy place! I've been washing dishes for over 70 years and I absolutely love these towels. I've used all types of washcloths and these are my absolute favorites!
