I bought this product for my boyfriend who LOVES facial cleanser. He's the kind of guy who would never buy a scrub that costs that much. he would not buy 1 over $10. (but he is and he has me). I called him from work to remind him to try this today so I can write a review when I get home. He said he had already showered and used the product. then he started talking about everything he liked about her. I loved that he was happy with the product, but I was at work and didn't have time to take notes. I came home from the restaurant and tried it. who wouldn't admire it after hearing it. None of us like the smell. it has a menthol odor. You use a five-cent scrub and rub it in in a circular motion. the detergent contains "peeling” components; However, I wouldn't call it exfoliation. I don't think the product has nearly enough exfoliants in it to exfoliate my face. I felt good upon application, but after about a minute my face (which is not sensitive) started to tingle a little. his face was fine. no stabbing. Maybe it's a woman's thing because it's a man's scrub? Who knows. I washed it off and my face was fine. True, I had to work hard to get rid of everything. Both of our faces feel very clean and they don't feel dry at all. we rubbed our faces together and felt nothing but smooth skin. oh, and he shaved when he got out of the shower. I don't know if that means anything, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I deducted 1 star for missing scrub balls but overall I can say this is a winner. I hope that was helpful.
