The easy navigation is very helpful when working collaboratively within teams of people who are not familiarized or trained by using this software tool yet! It's difficult sometimes because it has so much functionality that one may get overwhelmed at times while trying out all features available which could make learning more complicated than necessary (especially if there isn't someone else around). I would say give them some time before making any decisions as they have had lots feedbacks since their launch almost 2 years ago now; however still need improvements here & then regarding user experience/accessibility etc.. We're solving problems related mainly towards document management but also able use certain modules such like workflow where we manage documents received via email attachments into folders depending upon status' assigned - i believe these types will help solve issues relating file sharing among team members especially those unfamiliar about how files should normally go through work.
