Tips: Take your time and follow the dimensions in the assembly instructions exactly. Be careful not to cut the insulation of individual wires when cutting the rubber sheath. Make sure you don't push the bare copper past the clip or the tabs (or slots) will not press flush into their plastic sockets. .The last wire (the one that twists at the top) needs a bit of sharpening so it doesn't interfere with the cover, but it can be done (don't press with sharp objects - you need to protect the insulation of this wire). The copper wire terminals are crazy, but don't over-tighten the screws holding the two halves of the case together (squeeze the halves firmly with your hand while tightening). A generous layer of saliva (well, tap water) will help you loosen the rubber sleeve over the band if it's a bit thick. I really like these (men's and women's version) - even if my old hands hurt a little! ;-)
