I like the WaterPik I had one so I saw this device I bought it and when I opened the box I was surprised, a dummy filter to see. The packaging states that a filter is included. So when you buy this filter, please note that the filter is not original. I should have read the other reviews, someone else mentioned this. Anyway I put it on and it fell off the next day when I turned on the water. The customer service is very good, they exchange the device immediately. I'm glad I had WaterPik filters, they said it was a device but if you're going to buy this make sure you buy a filter before you buy it or you'll be disappointed. I don't think I would buy it again because of the fake water filter. Next time I'll buy something else that gives you what it says on the box.
