I loved this product when I first bought it so I placed a second order. These replacement sheets are thicker and softer than the "official" cottonelle sheets for cottonelle toilet paper, which I love, and they don't rip or pill. The sheets are very effective cleaning products and the smell is clean and fresh. Leaves can also be easily removed from one of the Cottonelle dispensers. Although they are listed as flushable, you should never flush them or similar products as it can clog your plumbing system. On the other hand, the manufacturer leaves a lot to be desired. The first time I ordered a well packaged product the delivery was quick and efficient. My second order has still not arrived ten days after the last estimated delivery date. I contacted the seller twice asking for a replacement but never got a reply. Fortunately, Revain monitors reported issues with orders and is quick to process refunds. While I love the product and highly recommend it, I will never order from this seller again. Very bad customer service. I give it three stars because of the high quality of the product. I would give the seller no stars.
