I bought this wrench to torque some of the very small bolts during a timing chain job on my fiances all-aluminum Hyundai engine. I was immediately impressed with the solid feel and quality finish of this tool upon opening the hard plastic case it comes in. It's perfectly smooth and polished like a high end wrench, and feels weighty and sturdy in the hand, something I wouldn't have expected from an economy brand tool for this price. It also comes with its own extension (6 inch or so), and an adapter for 3/8 drive sockets. I dont have any other torque wrench for values as low as 5 ft lb (yes I said ft lb, note that this wrench is calibrated in inch pounds), so i can't cross check this wrench's accuracy against another, but I will say for sure it feels spot on, and my fiance's car is going back together without a single broken or stretched bolt or uneasy feeling, and no leaks of any kind.Someone mentioned that at low torque settings this wrench's click is very subtle, however, my experience is that at low values that will occur with any torque wrench, as it does with my Pittsburgh 3/4 drive in its lower end settings. I can feel and hear this wrench click perfectly fine at 60 inch pounds, which is very low, and I don't know how often I'm going to need a torque wrench for values much lower than that, but I can't imagine that would be a problem with this wrench. Just turn very slowly and be gentle with it, as you should be doing anyway. The ONLY drawback I've noticed, and this is very minor if you pay close attention, is the scale on the wrench's handle. Unlike most torque wrenches that are marked in 10 unit increments with the single digit setting also marked in 10 clicks on the handle, this wrench's arm is marked in 15 inch-pound increments, and 15 single digit clicks on the handle. But I noticed this immediately the first time I used the wrench and had no trouble figuring it out, so I doubt anyone who pays close attention will have a problem with it. Also, keep in mind that this wrench is in inch pounds, so if you are using a bigger wrench for other bolts at the same time, remember not get the two scales confused. And as with ANY torque wrench, always back the torque setting all the way out when you're finished using it. It's an easy thing to forget but it'll throw your calibration off easier than you think.Overall, I'm highly satisfied with this wrench and would recommend it to anyone, including professionals who need an affordable replacement while they way for the tool truck.
