Great caffeine hit, great taste, great product

So I'll start by saying I'm no scientist and can't break down all the ingredients, but there are a lot of reviews like this if you go with athletes on youtube that break down any ingredient (BCAA, creatine, citrulline, caffeine, etc.). As someone who trains about 4 days a week, what I'm looking for is something tasty that will give me the energy boost to get through it. So let's start with caffeine. You get 300 mg per scoop. That's more than I usually take with other pre-workouts. I was very worried that I would get insane tremors that would prevent me from exercising well, but that didn't happen. I didn't feel the itch and caffeine rush in the middle of my HIIT workout like I wanted. I still think that's relatively high caffeine for my 45-minute cardio sessions, so I'll take half a scoop quite often to get it to a level that I feel is right. Taste: I will rate all the tastes I have. tries to. Top is my favorite (5 stars is the best). Rainbow sorbet - 5 stars. The best taste I've had from them. Sherbet just comes out and you're like wow, it really tastes like Rainbow Sherbet. The Sherbet profile with pre-workout consistency works well. It's such a pleasant surprise. Very sweet, because that's what rainbow sorbet is. Sweet.Strawberry Kiwi - 5 stars. I don't know how they managed to capture the intense sweetness of strawberries with the tropical appeal of kiwi. but it's a great flavor that quickly got me arguing between this and rainbow sorbet as my top favorite. Luckily, I don't have to choose one or the other and switch between them often. Still cute but not as cute as a rainbow. Strawberry Pineapple - 4.5 stars. I liked it very much and surprised myself. There's just that deep flavor that you get with any workout supplement and I was afraid that flavor wouldn't go well with it, but it works. You get all that sweetness from strawberries and the astringency from pineapple. Just not as good as Rainbow so I subtracted .5.Tangerine - 3 stars. It may be just me, but tangerine doesn't fit into my life. You get that citrus flavor, but it mixes with the thickness you get from any pre-workout that contains BCAAs (I think that's what's causing it). It's not thick by any means, it just tastes thick to me, it's hard to explain (it could also be because I use the minimum 12 ounces of water they recommend). Not super watery but like a jelly-like edge. Sorry, don't let that hold you back. The taste is by no means bad, but it just wasn't my favorite compared to others. Shuffle and wait: Okay, that's why I'm deducting a star. Look, they want you to drink 12-32 ounces per scoop. I think that's rude. I'm not a lifter, I'm more into cardio with light weights. You want me to drink almost 4 glasses of water before cardio? Sorry it might be TIM but after having my baby I'm still working on my bladder and I can't walk for 45 minutes after drinking so much water. I usually drink 4-6 ounces before my workout and I'm just confused as to how much water to mix with it. Then they want you to wait 35-40 minutes. Probably because you need to urinate 5 times before you can even exercise. Okay, I know it's just a personal issue because my husband has no problem with it... but I was shocked by it. I think it's more for strength athletes than cardio. Overall, JYM is a reputable and trusted supplement manufacturer. This gives results with a good tasting product. The price is on par with any other company (and I've tried a lot). The flavors are good. I mean, I'm not going to lie that there are other companies with better taste, but they don't have everything this company has. You can't go wrong if you're new to pre-workout and looking for a good boost!
