Grainy, like sand. in pre-workout

Oooh I think I'll send it back ok. It's grainy. Like I mixed a cup of sand with milk. and the taste was terrible. Big fan of pre workouts. 5/5 for a pre workout so decided to give the protein a try. Nah dog.& while I scooped protein. a large lump of hard material, at first I thought it was a foreign body. There are many good reviews about this drink mix. For me the taste is great. It has a thoughtful blend of quality ingredients. It's low carb/keto friendly. But I have a few complaints. Firstly, it contains sucralose and I find that stevia or monk fruit are the more natural alternatives that I prefer. So I'll start by saying I'm no scientist and can't break down all the ingredients, but there are a lot of reviews like this if you go with athletes on youtube that break down any ingredient (BCAA, creatine, citrulline, caffeine, etc.).
