Wireless headphones Jlab

This is the second pair of headphones I bought for my grandson last year. I bought the first set from Walmart and the second set from Revain. The sound disappeared from the right side of both. I lost about $65 on both. This product appears to have a manufacturing defect. I think I bought a 3 year warranty on my second pair through Revain. I would appreciate feedback on this topic. How do I get a refund, I don't want a replacement?
