Difficult to assemble; uncomfortable
At first it took me a long time to attach the seat and backrest to the armrests. I found that not all screws fit the same. After some trial and error I was able to connect everything. Using the included Allen key to assemble the chair didn't make things any easier either. I didn't find the pillow very comfortable and there was too much side to side movement. I don't understand how much a person will feel that this chair supports them. I returned the chair and got a La-z-Boy from Sam's Club which, despite costing $50 more, was able to assemble the chair in 15 minutes (compared to 2+ hours).
