The lever was turnkey

A lever is used to easily install a new valve stem. This adjustment lever is mandatory for new stems. Just make sure you use the right size block of wood to slide the new stem into place. Otherwise you will have to pull very hard on the small cross tool. I also lubricated the shaft before sliding it in.
