I like how easy it is to use and find things you need. You can book appointments very quickly without having a large amount of staff available every moment of the day. It takes some learning but once you get used to using it there's no better option. The customer service could be much higher by communicating what needs to be done when something goes wrong or an issue arises. Not enough knowledge out-of-the box so we are stuck customising many functions that already exist as standard features. It makes life easier especially if you have several pets needing attention at one place at any given point of time (like myself). I like that you can create your own profiles or use other's! It makes it easier than having multiple accounts. You don't have as much control over what people see when they search if using others' profile information. We've been able to find new dogs without spending hours searching through sites and websites looking at photos and reading descriptions.
