Old OR SYS for 2020 new model

After reading the manual which was not well done I looked at the reviews and it was very eloquent. In doing so, I came across a series of consecutive 5-star listings with one-word reviews and shared addresses and email addresses, which explains my concerns that software and remote viewing could be an issue. So check out the reviews and here is mine. The DVR is very simple, very light, and there are oddities that make the wired system overly complex and based on a relabeling and rebranding deal. Let's see how the cameras deal with the weather. They are not designed for exposure and tend to be a low quality product. I expect to replace it in 3-5 years as first the IR light fails, then the motion sensor and the HDD as the SSD can't and shouldn't be used in a non-vented case with no fan or heatsink configuration . To be smart, I had to make a number of significant changes to essentially use and sell the old system in a modern packaging. Why keep it because it's cheap and my modifications could be made easily and I already had the tools and parts to do it. I replaced the hard drive with a high quality 3.5" 2TB laptop case, drilled ventilation holes in the case and installed a CPU fan where the PSU is. all short pigtails, especially when running cables through the attic and chambers under the eaves or ceiling Using a good quality lubricant to protect and waterproof the chamber hinge bracket will also slow down its corrosion as the metals are aluminum alloys or there may be a different situation metals. Also, the system was in the box after the return date and I'm stuck with that.
