About 6 months in use. Bought because it can store decaffeinated coffee and regular beans in containers and make different blends. For the price I would have expected more attention to detail. For example, inserting and removing a water filter with large hands is not possible because the filter has to be inserted deep into the water well and the space at the top of the well is small. The machine warns when the used coffee grounds container is full, but gives many false alarms when the amount of grounds is low. In addition, some of the rubbish does not end up in the bin and has to be constantly removed by hand. Yura's answer? Grind the beans on the coarsest setting. Did not help. The power button access door may be difficult to open and the on-screen indicators may be too sensitive. The user really needs to learn how to operate the machine - it's not a brewer. However, he makes great coffee exactly the way he wants it, but it takes a lot of trial and error to get it right. Overall I'd say it's worth it if you want the best automated barista system out there but are willing to spend Tom learning how to use it and fixing some of the design issues.
