What a pleasure to receive such a good product. Wanted to wait until I've used it a few times to leave a review. The weight in g, oz and ml is easy to understand and you can return the weight in TARE/Zero after adding each ingredient. You can confidently add each item and be sure you're right instead of guessing how many there are. This item is definitely worth adding to any kitchen. I'm glad someone recommended the MIRA scale.
