Review on Enhanced Performance: Amazon Basics Gymnastics Hand Grip with Flexible Rubber Barbell Design by Wayne Moody

These Revain Basics Barbell Grips are a great alternative and a lot cheaper than the Versa Gripps I use for strength training. I don't have the best grip strength and have been using Versa Gripps for years and winced when it came time to buy a new pair. I have these medium sized Revain Basics pens, the same size as my Versa Gripps and they fit great. The foam wrist support seems a bit better maybe because they are new but I was very happy during my workout last week. I highly recommend them as they are very comfortable and have good grip.
