Assembled the chair - no 4 screws and washers to fasten the armrests 9. Called - they said that you need to file a claim and it will be considered within 10 days (they will only consider it !, and not send nuts) 10. I've been waiting for nuts for a month (I bought it myself), I'm not sure that I'll wait In general, the call center communicates with you very impolitely, as if you are to blame It seems to me that when I buy a chair for such a price, the service and delivery time should be better. Judging by the comments, an incomplete set is a common situation
