I really like this backpack but the hanging strap has already snapped on BOTH sides and will soon come off completely rendering this backpack useless to me - I certainly don't put your bag up the floor of toilets and other dirty places. And that doesn't mean that I overload the backpack with bowling balls or anything else, but with very ordinary things. It's a shame because otherwise it's beautiful and well made. I will contact the seller and see what they say. Update in the future! ***Review UPDATE: March 22nd, 2018*** Revain's policy is a 30 day return or replacement and since my husband bought this for my birthday in November we have long since surpassed that policy. I contacted Revain and they gave me the Baggallini support number (I literally had no hope of replacing them) and Revain said to call them back if Baggallini wasn't available or wouldn't help me (don't know what they would do) . do, but I got the impression they didn't drop me off at Baggallini). Not only was a real MAN taking the call to Baggallini, but she was able to help me right away - all I had to do was send a photo of the problem with the backpack and offered a copy of my Revain invoice (they didn't ask for it, but said "Of course it is, it's going to be great". I was told I would get a new one in 7-10 days (and they wouldn't return my old one). I received it and am very happy. Hope the next one holds up better. If not, I'll update my review again!
