I recently purchased these as I was looking for a set of loop loops US size 4 and up. They start in US size 000 to US 8 but do not include a size 4. (That's a bit confusing one) I already use a size 3 for a shawl and I love these needles! Love the cable, it's nowhere near the old wobbly plastic but holds its shape, just like the cables on my Addis. It looks like it's some kind of twisted plastic coated cable and they don't twist in any way. The tips are a bit blunt but for the type of knitting I do it works well because very often very sharp tips will snap the yarn during knitting. I work with finger thick yarn and knitting with her was so smooth and consistent. The price is amazing for what you get. Sizes are in millimeters so you'll need to use a knitting conversion chart to decipher sizes, but it's a simple process. I love very complicated knitting so I'm looking forward to finding a pattern to use 000 needles.
